High-performance sealing solutions are designed for safety, performance and durability, and can meet the challenging requirements from nuclear reactors to petrochemical refineries. Each product is carefully designed, including metal seals, wear-resistant seals, brush seals, elastomer and inflatable seals, graphite pressure seals, mechanical seals, wound gaskets and other products.
Metal seals: There are many options, mostly static seals, which function like gaskets between two flanges, with almost no relative movement and can operate in a wide temperature range from-253 C to 788 C. Metal sealing solutions can provide ready-made and customized designs designed to maximize performance and optimize assembly.
Wear-resistant seal: When it is used to fix engine parts, it can completely seal the blade tip and interstage labyrinth seal blade through a complete 360 rotating arc, and at the same time reduce or eliminate the wear of rotating hardware to the greatest extent. In addition, by installing this friction-resistant material, the working clearance of the engine can be reduced to the greatest extent, while the efficiency of the engine can be increased to the greatest extent.
Elastomeric seals and inflatable seals: Elastomeric molded seals, profiles and inflatable seals are used where customized sealing solutions are needed. These seals can eliminate the need for custom tools for sealing profiles, which is especially useful in the later research and development stage where the seal shape is uncertain. Different materials are used to manufacture our elastomer molded seals, profiles and inflatable seals, including rubber and additives, which can provide better sealing, wear resistance, thermal and mechanical properties.
Graphite pressure seal: the flexibility of graphite can a void the influence of surface defects. Unlike flexible graphite cutting gaskets, the compression of ORIGRAF molded seals is limited by mechanical stops, such as grooves or inner rings or outer rings. This design can prevent the component from exerting excessive sealing stress on the seal during the transient process of bearing the top pressure or temperature.
Mechanical seals: Since 1967, a wide range of mechanical seals ha ve been designed and produced, specially designed for demanding and diverse rotary shaft applications, providing longer service life and low leakage, while adapting to various sizes, speeds, pressures and temperatures in wet and dry applications.
Brush seal: It works by absorbing the radial deflection of the rotor during transient operation, and the seal follows the rotor back to the steady-state operation position to keep s mall leakage. Each metal-sealed brush bag consists of thousands of fine wire brushes, and the selected brush material is cobalt/nickel alloy to provide a better combination of wear resistance and oxidation resistance. And the back plate and the side plate are usually made of stainless steel or nickel alloy, and are selected according to the shell material to solve the thermal expansion problem.
Spiral wound gasket: It is composed of a shaped metal strip wound with soft filling material, which forms a sealing material. This material is selected to better eliminate the leakage of pressure, temperature, air or fluid in application. Then a metal strip is welded to the end of the winding to maintain tension. In addition, spiral wound gaskets with mechanical characteristics controlled by creating compression curves and low seat load gaskets are also produced.
