Project introduction:
A Dutch company is committed to the research and development of heat recovery system for flue gas and waste gas, helping the industry to reduce CO 2 emissions, energy consumption and costs. At present, the enterprise owns two products, which are used for waste heat recovery of steam boilers, industrial dryers, heat conduction oil heater, combustion heaters, kilns, calciners, etc., and ha ve been applied in ceramics, food and beverage, chemical industry and other industries.
1. Polymer air preheater: it is used to preheat combustion air in the hot process when heating combustion-supporting air. The ambient air is heated and sent to the burner, which burns the combustion-supporting air to reduce the use of fuel. When the air is heated, the heat in the waste gas is recovered and used to preheat the fresh air entering the dryer, thus sa ving the fuel of the fresh air heater. The air preheater contains polymer tube bundle, which is resistant to the acid formed by flue gas or waste gas flowing through it. Up to 80% of the acid will be condensed and removed from the flue gas, which greatly reduces the acid point and prevents downstream corrosion, and can also effectively solve the problem of heat exchanger blockage.
2. Polymer or stainless steel economizer: preheat boiler feed water from deaerator or make-up water to reduce fuel consumption. In other cases, make-up water for steam circulation is preheated. Flue gas from processes such as autoignition furnace, flame heater or kiln can be recovered by economizer, and the recovered waste heat can be used to heat process water for process steps requiring hot water. The economizer is made of bare stainless steel pipe or pipe lined with polymer. According to the application, the appropriate building materials should be selected to cope with the highly corrosive environment. The special design of economizer can prevent mechanical stress caused by thermal expansion, and the low adhesive tendency of applied polymer can prevent the economizer from blocking.
