Project introduction

The UHT plant is located in the North Island of New Zealand and has its own milk source supplier and the subsidized milk source of Fonterra Group. It currently produces 28,000 tons of UHT milk per year and plans to expand its production to 58,000 tons of UHT milk per year. All the relevant fixed equipment and plant have been completed.

The company's current products include 200 liters and 250 milliliters of UHT warm milk. It is also planning to develop yogurt, 100 milliliters of UHT milk for children's market, calcium-containing nutritious milk, etc.

In September 2021, the enterprise was granted the China Customs GACC access license to export dairy products (excluding infant formula) to China.

Cooperation intention

Currently, the company's sponsors need to raise NZ $30 million (approximately RMB135 million) to expand production capacity, acquire shares of existing shareholders and build new product lines, as well as acquire current plant land. For enterprises with intention to cooperate, they can assist in handling the ODI investment route.
