Project introduction
The Swiss company's environmental protection building materials product is a modular rapid construction system based on recycled paper materials. It is a new product in the field of green light construction in Switzerland. Its innovative environmental protection building concept, good carbon fixation capability and strong technical support earned it the GreenTec Award sponsored by IFAT in 2016.
The building system integrates multiple environmental protection focuses such as renewable environmental protection materials, light construction, rapid assembly, new energy and the like, and explores new possibilities for the construction industry on low-carbon environmental protection roads. Different from the construction of traditional buildings, its construction technology uses low-carbon materials instead of bricks and cement, which not only reduces the CO2 emission of 102 kg/m2, but also achieves the CO2 fixation of 30 kg/m2. Technical concept
The company uses recycled waste paper boxes, wood and fiber as raw materials to produce safe, environment-friendly and lightweight high-strength building materials that can replace traditional indoor partitions, roofs, floors, etc. The technology not only improves the environmental pollution problem of the construction industry, but also expands a new road for the reuse of waste paper.

The building material is also matched with an industrial 4.0 model rapid building system, and different layers of clapboards can be selected according to the needs of different functions. The clapboards are all spliced in a clamping groove way, and can be operated without special equipment and profound professional knowledge. The system makes the construction as simple, fast and effective as the assembly draft. A high degree of flexibility is essential to the interior design of commercial units.
