Adhering to the development principle of "industrial agglomeration, scale development, industrial upgrading, and building an ecological industrial park", in accordance with the planning concept and strategy of "intensive, efficient and supporting", and with the development goal of "building a standardized industrial base for Chinese enterprises to go overseas and enter Indonesia", the overall planning structure of the cooperation zone is "two axes and three groups", and three industrial groups such as household appliances, machinery manufacturing and agricultural product processing are arranged in turn along the development axis of the two main roads of the park from northwest to southeast. The industrial positioning of the cooperation zone is mainly for automobile assembly, machinery manufacturing, household appliances, fine chemicals and new materials.
Location advantages
Located in southeastern Asia, across the equator, Indonesia has a total population of 240 million, making it the fourth most populous country in the world and a population and market power in ASEAN. In 2011, Indonesia's GDP was worth US$846.2 billion, and its per capita GDP was about US$3,540. The effect of industrial agglomeration is obvious
The industrial corridor where the cooperation zone is located brings together seven large-scale modern industrial parks founded by China, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan and other countries, and there are thousands of large, medium and small enterprises from all walks of life: including the automotive industry and auto parts factories led by Toyota and Honda; There are home appliance industries led by Samsung, LG, and Cankun Group and their spare parts factories; There are heavy machinery assembly plants such as Komatsu and Sany Heavy Industries in Japan; There are also Indonesia's largest food company INDOFOOD, Indonesia's large-scale building materials factory MASPION (Jinfeng Group), Indonesia's large-scale logistics factories, clothing, electronics factories, and European and American coatings, paper and other industries. It can be seen that the area has become a market, and the industrial agglomeration effect is very obvious.
