Direct funding, the fund contribution is used for investors to obtain project land and project plant construction, the direct subsidy amount is 50% of the project land price (with the maximum price limit of 250 ground rums per square meter) or 30% of the project plant construction price (with 1500 ground rams per square meter as the maximum price), if the two subsidies are combined into one, that is, only the project land price is subsidized, but the proportion can reach 100% (with 250 ground rams per square meter as the maximum price); 2. Indirect funding, investors can enjoy this subsidy through a third party, such as the fund to subsidize the real estate developer, the real estate developer provides the investor with the site and factory at a preferential rental price, the amount of subsidy is also limited to the above standards. The services provided by SAPINO, the tax policy preferences and customs procedures enjoyed by enterprises in the industrial park, as well as the industrial costs of the Buscula Industrial Park.
