Introduction to the Project:

Human health, animal health, the environment, agriculture... The Departmental Analysis and Research Laboratory (LDAR) of the French Provincial Council of Aisne is an accredited center for scientific experts in France and more than 20 countries.

The Analytical and Research Laboratory of the French LDAR Division is particularly well known in the fields of soil, fertilizer and media analysis, microbiology, physical chemistry, biology and veterinary medicine. Over time, LDAR expanded its areas of expertise to meet the needs of its customers, rather than just sampling and analysis.

LDAR was certified by COFRAC in 1994 for the analysis of fertilizer materials and media. This innovative and spontaneous method is the sampling and analysis of fertilizer in Europe. Nearly 30 years later, LDAR turnover rates in sampling and servicing, as well as assessing fertilizer or its inputs, ha ve increased at least 20-fold. Certification is the assurance of the ability to obtain recognition through international "laboratory quality" standards.

LDAR covers:

150 permanent staff

15 Ministerial Approval

It covers 15 departments every day

35000 customers

3200000 samples

Analysis of 1500000

The current focus is on ensuring that the use of by-products (digestion, biochar, compost, sludge, etc.) does not neglect the health aspect.
