Project introduction:
The brewery is located in Bauska, southern Latvia, and is one of the ancient breweries in Latvia. The factory building itself is also a national historical and cultural building, with a history of more than 200 years, and it also incorporates new wine-making technologies.
The brewery consists of more than 10 buildings with a total area of 7,600 square meters, of which 25% was rebuilt in 2006. The factory has complete facilities and equipment, and has the technical equipment to put products into glass containers, plastic PET bottles or 30-liter KEG barrels.
At present, the factory is in a state of shutdown. After the whole sale, the brewery can be reopened, or transformed into a hotel with beer SPA function or a multi-functional business facility. According to the evaluation opinion of Latvian Association of Independent Experts, the total value of breweries is over 3.7 million euros, which is now sold below that price.
Baoska is 80km north of Rigaillaud, the capital, and 20km south of Lithuania. Latvia's national road runs through its territory, and the Baltic Railway will also build a station in this city.
