Project introduction:
An Italian kitchen range hood manufacturer uses special experience and professional knowledge to control the design, technology, quality and other aspects of the production process. At present, there are the following related technologies of range hoods:
1. SIL & STILL: This new technology was developed after studying the airflow in the range hood. Special materials were used at the position where most of the noise was generated, and only 52 DB(A) noise was generated at full power. When the ECO function is selected, it will switch to the silent mode and generate noise lower than 40 DB(A), thus achieving the energy efficiency level A++ while being quiet and cost-sa ving.
2. AIRLANE: The range hood using this technology does not need traditional pipes even in the pumping mode, and performs excellent pumping through invisible pipes. The fan motor is hidden in a false ceiling of only 30cm. S moke and steam from the stove are sucked in to form a cone-shaped airflow, which is captured by AIRLANE technology. The flow forms a vortex, inhaling s moke from a farther place, purifying the air in the whole kitchen, and producing 6 dB(A) less noise than other range hoods, thus achieving greater comfort.
3. HIGH FILTERING HOOD: The air passes through a cylindrical filter with a filtration area much larger than that of the traditional filter. A larger filtration area means more effective filtration. Two layers of high-efficiency filter materials with different pore sizes and activated carbon concentrations are used, one layer removes larger particles, and the other layer treats finer particles, so as to obtain high efficiency and effect. The deodorizing efficiency of 95% can be achieved while the noise is about 3 dB(A) lower than that of the traditional activated carbon filter. And the installation and maintenance are simple.
4. ARIES: Named after the shape of the blower, it looks a bit like the head of a ram. The suction force of over 700 m3/h is achieved by using the power of two brushless motors, and the noise generated is 9 dB(A) lower than that of the same single motor system. Brushless motor can significantly sa ve energy and achieve efficient suction, which is quiet and stable.
5. STEAM OFF SYSTEM: It is a double intelligent method to completely eliminate condensation. Accurately controlled spiral and variable geometry air injectors are injected into the hood. These jets generate vortices, accelerate the upward flow of air, and increase the flow rate and the ability of the range hood to capture lampblack and steam.
