The organic dairy raw material processing plant jointly established by two organic farms in Idaho, USA, is now seeking Chinese strategic investment partners to draw a blueprint for the organic dairy industry.
Relying on the support of Idaho, with its own rich experience in ranch management, the processing plant aims to develop into a B2B organic dairy raw material company in the United States. The company implements animal health care and planting, and pursues quality control and consistent supply chain management. Focus on five international organic market segments: infant nutrition, food, bakery, sports nutrition and adult nutrition. Key products include organic nonfat dry milk (NFDM), organic liquid cream, organic cheese, organic whey protein concentrate (WPC-80) and organic lactose. The milk it produces is certified organic in the US, grass-fed, and contains a large portion of A2 casein (known as healthier casein). The company expects to raise a total of $120 million in two rounds. A round of financing of about $50 million is currently in progress. Idaho hopes to assist Ameripure in finding suitable strategic partners from China.
Idaho has a well-developed dairy industry, with an annual milk output of 6.8 million tons and a milk output value of US$2.85 billion in 2019, ranking among the top three milk producing regions in the United States. There are about 500 companies in the dairy industry, raising 630,000 dairy cows. 1/6 of milk is exported around the world. The state has ample resources to meet the needs of submarket partners.
