Project introduction
The Thailand Zhengda-Guangxi Construction Industry Park is developed and operated by a joint venture established by Guangxi Construction Industry Group and Thailand Zhengda Group, which is a joint operation project with Thailand Industrial Park Administration (ieat).
The project is located in Roh Yong Fu of the Eastern Economic Corridor (eec) of Thailand. It covers an area of 7,300 mu and enjoys convenient land, sea and air transportation with excellent geographical location.

● Water supply: the supply of tap water can reach 14,400 cubic meters per day, and the storage capacity of the reservoir in the park can reach 429,622 cubic meters.
● Power: the park's own power plant and the local power authority (pea) provide 115/22kv dual power supply with double guarantees.
● Road: the main road has 6 lanes in both directions with a width of 50m, and a green isolation belt is set in the road; The slip road is 30 meters wide with 4 lanes in both directions, and the parking lot is about 24 mu.
● Sewage treatment: a sewage treatment plant adopting sbr system technology is built in the park, with daily sewage treatment capacity of 12,000 cubic meters.
● Natural gas: three pipelines constructed by PetroThailand ptt Company pass through the park and the natural gas supply in the park.
● Waste treatment: traditional garbage truck collection and automated waste collection and treatment system.
● Fire fighting system: fire hydrants are 150 meters apart with 240 cubic meters of water to ensure fire safety.
