Project introduction

The New Zealand water plant's assets are free rights to 20 million litres of water a year, which can be increased to 100 million litres of water, with more to be applied for.

1. Capacity

The waterworks has a brand-new 400-square-meter factory building (built by ourselves) and an Italian imported canning machine, which can be filled with plastic bottles, glass bottles, ordinary water and soda water. The design canning capacity is calculated based on 110 bottles of 500 ml bottled water per minute and 6,000 bottles per hour, and 144,000 bottles can be canned throughout the day. One 20-foot container can accommodate about 24.000 bottles of 500 liters of bottled water, so the factory's production capacity is about 6 20-foot containers a day.

2. Expenditure

The 35-year land lease fee and water resource use fee of the water plant have been settled in one lump sum.

At present, the basic maintenance cost of the factory is approximately NZ $10,000 per year, including local taxes, insurance, circuit maintenance, site environment maintenance, etc.

3. Water quality

Due to the dispute with Maori over the ownership of water, it is currently difficult and unlikely to apply for a new bottled water company license.

The current water source of the water plant is the water intake place of a local bottled water enterprise in Hawkes Bay, and local residents pay for water from the water source every day. The water works have a history of more than 30 years, which reflects the excellent water quality from the side.

Cooperation intention

The water plant is now seeking transfer. Interested enterprises please contact us.
