The existing 32 kVA generator at an Australian Health Services Centre (PCHS) is running at full capacity, providing services for emergency departments, wards, kitchens, administrative areas, etc. The existing generators cannot support the e&M installation required for the a&E upgrading works.
Details:
- supply, installation and trial use of a new 200KVA generator to provide 100 per cent backup power for the hospital's education department, wards, kitchen, borough and Banksia Lodge.

O Location of existing services.
O Location of existing facilities.
O Construction of a new mat including retaining walls, plumbing/casing for electrical and power supply, and construction of a new shed for the generator. This requires a building permit. Demolish nearby concrete yards and install retaining walls.
O Upgrade the main power distribution center. All relevant work must be done by a properly licensed contractor (including subcontractors) and in compliance with relevant legal requirements and Australian standards.
