Introduction: CECEP (Sanming) Environmental Protection Industrial Park is the first energy conservation and environmental protection industry operation platform in Fujian Province to land after the signing of the deepening project cooperation agreement between China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Corporation and Fujian Provincial Government in Fuzhou on May 18, 2013, and is developed and operated by CECEP Haixi (Sanming) Green Construction Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CECEP Industrial Development Co., Ltd.
Details: CECEP (Sanming) Environmental Protection Industrial Park is located in the north area of Jingu Development Zone, Shaxian County, with a planned land of about 542 mu, with an estimated total investment of 3 billion yuan, and plans to complete all project development in 3-5 years. CECEP Sanming is responsible for the pre-planning, planning and design of the industrial park project and is responsible for the development, construction and operation of the industrial park. Relying on the advantages of China Energy Conservation Group in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection, CECEP Sanming Co., Ltd. closely cooperates with Sanming Municipal Government and Shaxian People's Government, and at the same time makes use of CECEP Industrial Development Co., Ltd.'s successful experience in developing green industrial parks in Hangzhou and Suzhou, and uses its strong technical advantages to combine with leading industrial concepts and technologies at home and abroad to build the first energy conservation and environmental protection industry operation platform in Fujian Province in Sha County, Sanming City. Through the construction of the industrial park, it will absorb energy conservation and environmental protection enterprises in Sanming and surrounding areas, gather, upgrade, expand and strengthen the energy conservation and environmental protection industry in Sanming, promote the scale and industrialization of energy conservation and environmental protection, promote the transformation of local economy, and make positive contributions to the realization of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
At present, the first phase of the project has been completed with 153 mu of construction, including 8 mechanical standard workshops, 18 R&D standard workshops, 1 exhibition hall and 1 supporting dormitory, and the second phase of the project is under planning.
