Introduction: Xiaomeng Industrial Park is a first-class industrial park built by Guiyang City and a state-level new industrialization base built by Guizhou Province. The planning area of the park extends to the southwest ring road and Nanming River in the north, Yangmei Village in Qingyan Town in Huaxi District in the south, Jiangjun Mountain in the west, and Phoenix Mountain in the east, with a total area of about 83 square kilometers (of which the area under the jurisdiction of Xiaohe District is about 22 square kilometers and the area under the jurisdiction of Huaxi District is about 61 square kilometers), and the area led by Xiaohe District is 39 square kilometers. Details: In January 2010, Xiaohe District officially hosted and led the development of 17 square kilometers of Mengguan Area of Huaxi District, opening a new milestone in the construction of Xiaomeng Industrial Park. At the end of October 2010, the provincial party committee and the provincial government successively held a mobilization conference to support the accelerated development of Guiyang City, the provincial industrial economic development conference and the 10th plenary session of the 10th provincial party committee. In particular, on November 4 last year, Li Zhanshu, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, went to Guiyang City to investigate industrial enterprises, and on November 9, Li Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, went to Xiaomeng Industrial Park to work on site, setting off a new upsurge of large-scale development and construction of the park. Since November, the park has completed a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan. On November 30, six key industrial projects, including China Coal Panjiang, with a total investment of more than 4 billion yuan, started construction intensively; On February 18 this year, Chery Bus Project was officially signed; In March, the third phase of the development avenue was completed and opened to traffic.
At present, Xiaomeng Industrial Park is implementing a total of 33 projects (including 26 industrial projects and 7 infrastructure projects), 26 industrial projects covering an area of 4,890 mu, involving the demolition and relocation of 800 households and 150,000 square meters have been basically completed (the signing rate exceeds 99%), the total investment is 15.2 billion yuan, 3.2 million square meters of new factory buildings will be built, and the total industrial output value will be added by 35.9 billion yuan, tax revenue will be 2.2 billion yuan, and nearly 8,000 jobs will be provided.
