Overview of the park
Longjiang Industrial Park, built in 2007, is a comprehensive industrial park developed by Zhejiang Qianjiang Investment Management Co., Ltd., China, and one of the 13 national economic and trade cooperation zones in China, as the first Chinese-owned industrial park in Vietnam, and a key project of Zhejiang Province's "Belt and Road" construction.
Location advantages. The park is located in Tan Phuc County, Qian Giang Province, southern Vietnam, close to Trung Luong Expressway, 50 kilometers away from Ho Chi Minh City Center, Tan Son Nhat International Airport and Saigon Port International Container Terminal, with convenient transportation and low logistics costs. Ho Chi Minh City, on which the park is based, is a traditional port city for international cargo transportation, with convenient sea access to the world. Ho Chi Minh City is also the 2-hour air transportation center of the China-ASEAN economic circle, with flights to Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Phnom Penh and other China-ASEAN countries in about 2 hours, which has obvious location advantages.
Construction body. The main body of construction in the park is Zhejiang Qianjiang Investment Management Co., Ltd., which was established in 2007, is a joint establishment of a number of well-known Chinese enterprises engaged in overseas investment enterprises, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, the enterprise invested 800 million US dollars in Vietnam to build Vietnam Longjiang Industrial Park, which is one of the largest projects invested by China in Southeast Asia.
Industrial development. The park is a comprehensive industrial park, the main industries include electronics, machinery, electrical products, light industry, textile industry, building materials and packaging.
Infrastructure. Longjiang Industrial Park has a power supply capacity of 40MVA, surrounded by Xinxiang Power Station and Mihagi Power Station, and the total electricity consumption of enterprises in the area only accounts for 20% of the total power (about 8MVA), in the future, with the increase in demand for power consumption, Longjiang Industrial Park will have its own power station, with a power supply capacity of 189MVA (3 units x63MVA). The water supply capacity of the industrial park is currently 5,000 cubic meters per day, but the actual use is low, 540 cubic meters, accounting for only 10.8% of the total water supply capacity. Communication facilities have 4,000 IDD telephone lines and broadband networks. The sewage discharge of enterprises in the area must meet the TCVN6982:2001 standard before being discharged to the drainage system outside the district. The capacity of the sewage treatment plant can reach 48,000 cubic meters per day. The roads in the industrial park are asphalt-concrete pavement, which meets VNH18-H30 standards, and the width is divided into 24 meters and 15 meters.
