In July 2009, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government issued the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion of Xiaohe-Mengguan Equipment Manufacturing Ecological Industrial Park, proposing that by 2015, Xiaomeng Industrial Park will be built into the largest equipment manufacturing base in the province with complete supporting facilities, relatively complete industrial supporting facilities and a long industrial chain, and an important equipment manufacturing base in the southwest region and even the central and western regions.
