Approval of the two regulations and land use

The Detailed Control Plan of the Second and Third Industrial Bases of Renhe Town was approved by the Shunyi District Planning Committee in April 2003. In February 2009, he obtained the review opinion of the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission on the detailed rules for the control of Block 7 of Shunyi New City. Investment attraction of the secondary and tertiary industrial bases of Renhe Town

Up to now, 13 projects have been introduced in the industrial base, covering a total area of 1191.89 mu, construction land of 940.55 mu, and the agreement to attract 3 billion yuan. The leading industries of the projects introduced in the base are high-end secondary and tertiary industries such as automobile and parts production, biomedicine, biotechnology, medical equipment, and urban food. Thereinto:

◆ There are 4 enterprises put into production, with a total area of 754.46 mu and a construction land area of 645.65 mu. They are Beijing Automobile Manufacturing Plant Co., Ltd., Beijing Hanyi Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., Beijing Lierdamus Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., and Beijing Viyier Electric Co., Ltd. (among them: Beijing Automobile Manufacturing Plant Co., Ltd., Beijing Hanyi Automotive Accessories Co., Ltd., and Beijing Lierdemos Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. have all won the top 100 regional economic enterprises in Shunyi District in 2008, 2009 and 2010).

◆ There are 3 construction enterprises settled in, covering a total area of 131.2 mu and a construction land area of 81.01 mu. They are Beijing Hengxing Guotai Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Zhonghai Sunshine Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Jingshun Food Co., Ltd.

◆ There are 6 enterprises that have purchased land and will soon settle in, with a total area of 306.21 mu and a construction land area of 213.89 mu. They are Wanfang Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., Beijing Hengxing Guotai Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Fuyuan Hengda Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Shunmei Garment Co., Ltd., and Beijing Airport Rizhu Co., Ltd.

◆ There are 3 plots with the conditions for listing and land supply, including: industrial standard workshop (phase II) plot east to Renheyuan 3rd Street, south to C2 plot, west to Shunfu Road, north to industrial standard factory (phase I), construction land area of 19.81 mu; C2 plot east to Renheyuan 3rd Street, south to Linhe South Street, west to Shunfu Road, north to industrial standard workshop plot, construction land area of 77.26 mu; the original Bulton plot east to Planning Road, south to Planning Road, west to Henan Village land, north to Viyier Company, The construction land area is 31.08 mu.
