Introduction: Changsha High-tech Industrial Development Zone was founded in 1988 and approved by the State Council in 1991 as the first batch of state-level high-tech industrial development zones, with an overall planning area of 18.6 square kilometers, consisting of two parts: Chengzhong District and Yuelu Mountain Concentrated New Construction Area. In 1997, with the approval of the former State Science and Technology Commission, it was adjusted to "one district and four parks" (Yuelu Mountain Hi-Tech Park, Xingsha Industrial High-tech Park, Longping Agricultural High-tech Park, Yuanda High-tech Park and the city's policy zone), of which Yuelu Mountain High-tech Park (also known as "Lugu") is the core park directly managed by the high-tech zone.
