BRIEF: ISIVEN GROUP OF VENEZUELA WILL INVEST $50 MILLION TO BUILD A MULTI-FUNCTIONAL INDUSTRIAL PARK IN BUFALO, LIMON PROVINCE, ON THE ATLANTIC COAST OF RICA RICA, AND WILL START OPERATIONS BY MAY 18, 2015. The project covers an area of 197,000 square meters, divided into more than 100 industrial land quickly, and currently has 1 French company, 1 American company and 2 Venezuelan companies interested in entering the park.


Details: At present, Limon province has become a hot spot for investment in Colombia. Maersk Ports Group builds Port Moin container terminal through investment in concessions; The Route 32 expansion project is underway and the capital city of Limón will build a large urban infrastructure. These projects total more than $3 billion. The project is expected to create 2,000 new jobs.
