Project introduction:
The company has a large-scale Jerusalem artichoke processing plant in Russia, and has been exporting Jerusalem artichoke powder to China since August 2025.
Its products are naturally planted in 2000 hectares of chernozem planting area in southern Russia (rich in minerals), and no chemical fertilizers and antibiotics are added in the whole process. It can be used in food industry, pet feed production and agricultural animal husbandry feed production, and has a wide range of uses.
Jerusalem artichoke powder parameters: specification 1: 400 micron particles, specification 2: 150 micron particles. Inulin content: ≤70%.
