Project introduction:

A start-up company established by a university team in Germany is committed to turning German materials science into a "plug and play" industrial automation module. The company makes "shape memory alloy and piezoelectric materials" into miniature execution/sensing modules that can be called like servo motors, so that robots can obtain millimeter-micron-level and millisecond-level precision movements without air source, gearbox and noise, thus transforming "material science" into the next generation of "plug and play" infrastructure for industrial automation.
