Project introduction:

A Danish company, as a recycling enterprise of waste tires, focuses on crushing, granulating and grinding waste tires. Its rubber particles and powder are widely used in many scenes, and even can be used to produce new tires. The company is committed to turning waste tires (ELT) into valuable resources, aiming at reducing environmental pollution and promoting sustainable development. Up to 150,000 tires can be recycled every day, reducing about 280,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year.

Introduction to technical services:

With more than 30 years of practical experience, the company has continuously developed and optimized its highly technical technology. Scrap tires, whether from passenger cars, trucks, tractors or large construction machinery, can be efficiently separated into original components such as rubber, steel wires and textile fibers. The technology is fully automated to ensure product consistency and high quality. The factory produces 75% rubber powder and particles, 15% steel and 10% textile fibers. Compared with incineration, this technology significantly reduces carbon dioxide emissions, each

Tons of tires can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.1 tons.

Application field:

The tire materials recovered by the company are widely used in many fields: tire steel wire is remelted to make new steel; Rubber powder and particles are used as raw materials to produce floor mats, floors, tiles, noise reduction solutions, handles, paints, coatings and adhesives. Rubber particles are also used as fillers in artificial grass football field, and granular materials become an important part of elastic base of playgrounds and runways.
