Project introduction:
The company's main goal is to create technical solutions to carry out autonomous and real-time all-round physiological monitoring for patients with chronic diseases and frail patients. We will use vital signs and sweat biomarkers, combined with cloud-based processing and communication services, to provide cohesive digital biomarkers: metabolism (lactic acid and glucose) and ionic compounds, heart rate (HR), respiratory frequency (RR), oxygen saturation (SpO2), arterial blood pressure (ABP), body TEMPerature (temp), physical activity (PA) and dehydration (DH).
In order to achieve these goals, an advanced sweat monitoring device and a digital cloud platform are developed, so that we can collect data, store data, and process the data using machine learning (ML) protocol, thus inferring the required digital biomarkers from the collected data and providing more information.
The company's research team has developed the basis of this technology, that is, collecting human sweat, confining it in a microfluidic structure, and introducing it into a multi-sensor module to test whether the generation of sweat is a condition for analysis. Sweat will be refreshed every cycle to ensure that the new measurement results are not affected by the old sweat. This connection between sweat and skin provides a kind of big data, which can determine individual patterns for each patient with chronic diseases, thus promoting personalized digital therapy.
