Suspension array fluorescence immunoassay is a multiple immunoassay method based on particles. Compared with the traditional immunoassay, this technology can quickly analyze various pollutants in many samples, and can complete more than 1,000 individual measurements within 3 hours. On the other hand, chromatography is expensive to purchase, maintain and consume, and it takes a lot of time to analyze, so it can only be completed by high-quality personnel. Immunoassay (such as ELISA) can only detect one pollutant, so it can't provide all-round analysis.
Application field:
1. Detection of mycotoxins in food and animal feed is one of the pollution risks in the food industry. If eaten, it will cause acute poisoning, and may also lead to chronic diseases and even cancer. Six controlled mycotoxins in grain samples (wheat, corn, rye, oats, etc.) and animal feed can be detected by using the mycotoxin kit of the company. Foods such as fruit juice, nuts, oils and spices can also be tested.
2. Allergen analysis In the food labeling requirements issued by the European Union, 14 different groups that must be labeled as allergens are defined. The company's kit can simultaneously detect different allergens in one measurement according to the principle of mixed measurement.
