Project introduction:

An Italian company with a long history, founded in 1925, is located in Como, near Milan, specializing in the production of textiles and clothing, and now it is one of the enterprises in the international market.

Each brand has its own clear identity, exclusive creative team and experienced sales team. The group consists of hundreds of employees, whose professional knowledge enables the company to provide effective and satisfactory solutions all the time. With its extensive distribution of multi-brands, the group is not only famous for its classic shirt fabrics, but also considered as an important participant in the textile industry.

The aim is to find a strategic partner in China, as a key enterprise in the production and sales of shirts in China and its surrounding markets, who can jointly use the professional knowledge of both sides and share resources.

The company provides design support, assists in selecting local fabric manufacturers and provides technical specifications for local fabric production. If necessary, we can also supply fabrics made in Italy.

Partners are required to meet the following conditions:

1. Medium-sized partners who operate a wide product portfolio (not limited to shirts and/or fabrics) and whose "shirt business" is at a standstill or needs to be revitalized. This option allows you to focus more on the development of the "shirt business".

2. Small to medium-sized shirt manufacturers hope to improve/expand their product portfolio by introducing more design-oriented product lines.

3. Small to medium-sized fabric manufacturers (with an annual output of about 10 million meters of fabric) may be interested in starting shirt production business.

Cooperation mode:

1. You can enter the partner's shareholder structure with the proportion of shares to be determined.

2. Establish a joint venture of production and marketing, and the share distribution ratio is to be determined.
