From the initial concept definition to the mass production of aseptic CE mark products, the enterprise produces through certified and experienced partners. 1. Conceptual design
The company transforms concepts or ideas into turnkey products with CE logo, covering implantable medical devices and reusable or disposable medical devices. It can also provide patients with the design service of specific instruments, and design customized instruments by using DICOM files of magnetic resonance imaging or scanning.
2. Instrument production
From machining, casting, laser marking, cleaning and passivation, hydroxyapatite (HAP) coating, clean room packaging, ethylene oxide disinfection to finally loading the instrument into a customized sterilization tray. In each production step, we cooperate with experienced partners who have obtained ISO 13485 certification and conduct regular quality audits.
