Project introduction:
The existing tobacco registration system can't satisfy the users of the system, and it is difficult to get accurate and consistent data, which leads to the inefficiency of law enforcement and support services of retailers. If digital services can provide accurate data, it can improve tracking, resource allocation and business support, and save time and money. In addition, the Scottish government aims to establish a new fireworks licensing system and train all users of fireworks products to ensure the safer use of these products.
The solution should be accessible, extensible, secure enough to use existing digital services, and can be extended to more licensed services in Scotland. Because of the complex requirements, the huge number of licenses that may be added, and the need to make the user experience as smooth, efficient and personalized as possible, the solution we seek is not just to design a "website".
