Vineyards: Wine obtained from selected grapes,grown in vineyards mostly located on hills with a southeast sun-exposure.
Vinification: First fermentation in steel autoclaves under controlled temperature. Second fermentation at low temperatures in steel autoclaves with selected yeasts, according to the Charmat Method.
Analysis data: alc 11.50% vol

Bouquet: delicate, pleasant and fruity with notes of white pear and peach;
Taste: fresh, fruity and good and well-balanced acidity
