Project introduction:

A cooperative with a history of nearly 40 years. In 2008, three non-profit social cooperatives merged to form Suara. As a social innovation cooperative, it has 5,000 employees, 90% of whom are women, and is committed to providing diversified services, including child care, socially marginalized people and services for the elderly. Suara established the Social Innovation Laboratory in 2016, and obtained the Enoll certification in 2023, becoming the Linving Lab (Social Digital Laboratory).

Facing the challenges of aging, psychological crisis and lack of resources, technology has become a powerful tool to improve people's lives. Suara is designing a "Digital House", which can implement a support system based on home simulation and experiment the technology before it is integrated into real life. For example, sensors, voice assistants, social and health technologies, intelligent robots, and intelligent Internet of Things.

Now we are looking for a solution to introduce modern technology through the family simulation experiment support system, so that we can implement a monitoring system for the housing of the elderly over 65 to safeguard their autonomy. For example, installing non-invasive sensors for existing facilities will combine the collection of intelligent data with the protection of privacy, while maintaining the necessary social level. The ecosystem uses artificial intelligence to serve big data, identify behavior patterns and predict the decline of quality of life.
