Project introduction:
WINE
Skins and must are in contact for a period (maceration), in order to extract more colour, tannins and aromatic hints. Once maceration is over, the must-wine is separated from lees and fermentation in steel tanks (temperature 24-26 °C). Part of this wine is aged in French oak barrels for some months.
