Project introduction:

A laboratory in South Korea, located in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Seoul National University, is committed to using RF solutions to realize advanced hardware and software for future communication, radar and energy applications. The team in the laboratory studies a wide range of overall RF systems, such as circuits, antennas and electromagnetic simulators.

The laboratory focuses on the research and development of Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) technology, which is a wireless communication technology based on artificial intelligence and can realize dynamic wireless signal transmission and control. Through RIS technology, higher communication rate, lower delay, higher network capacity and better signal coverage can be achieved, thus providing strong support for 5G/6G and future wireless communication technologies.
