Project introduction:
Rock wool is a kind of fiber material formed by rotating or stretching molten minerals or rock materials (such as slag and ceramics). It takes high-quality basalt and dolomite as the main raw materials, melts at a high temperature above 1450℃, and is spun into fibers by an internationally advanced four-axis centrifuge at high speed. At the same time, a certain amount of binder, dust-proof oil and water repellent are sprayed, collected by a cotton collector, cured and cut after being laid by a pendulum method and a three-dimensional method.
Now Turkey is buying rock wool with a density of 150kg/m3 and a thickness of 15cm.
Product performance: heat insulation, filtration, sound insulation and hydroponic growth medium, etc.
Application field:
According to different purposes, it is made into various forms such as felt, strip, tube, granule and plate, which are widely used in industry, agriculture, ships and construction.
