Project introduction:
By recycling industrial and municipal organic wastes, the company breeds and produces black hydra insects (BSF) to obtain protein with high nutritional value for animals to eat. In the production process, the company must control several climatic parameters, such as the concentration of carbon dioxide in the feeding room, the concentration of ammonia in the air, the indoor and outdoor temperature and the humidity percentage of indoor and outdoor or substrate, in order to optimize the biomass production and make the environment suitable for the growth of insect larvae. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a control system supported by different sensors, which is controlled by intelligent software to monitor the production process and prevent parameter deviation.
