Photochemical etching, WEDM, metal stamping/punching, CNC machining and laser cutting and related services, such as electroplating/finishing, component molding and welding. Metals with a thickness of 0.0127mm to 1.60mm can be etched, and alternative processes can be used to provide solutions for thicker materials.
Materials that can be etched include:
Aluminum, brass, beryllium copper, copper, phosphor bronze, low carbon steel, spring steel, stainless steel, molybdenum, chromium-nickel-iron alloy, metal nickel, silver and silver and many other special metals.
