1. The situation of the park


Phoenix Industrial Park is located in the port of Point Lisas in Trinidad and Tobago, 30 kilometers south of the capital Port of Spain, near the Gulf of Paria.


The first phase of the park has a planned area of 54 hectares and a pre-built standard factory area of 25,000 square meters, focusing on the development of industrial industries, positioned as an important manufacturing hub and advanced technology innovation center in Trinidad and Tobago, the first landing project of the "Belt and Road" jointly built by China and Caribbean countries, and the first comprehensive and intelligent high-level industrial park in the Caribbean. The first phase of infrastructure construction of the park includes land leveling, roads, fences, power supply and distribution, gas, water supply and drainage, greening, communication pipe network engineering, etc., the construction of five 5,000-square-meter standard workshops, and the construction of related supporting facilities, including garbage disposal stations and sewage treatment systems.


Phoenix Industrial Park is also the first smart industrial park in Latin America with full coverage of 5G communication networks, and the relevant infrastructure and technology will be provided by Huawei of China.


2. Owner's situation


The park is owned by Evolving Technologies and Enterprise Development Company Limited - "ETECK". ETeck is a state-owned enterprise directly under the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Trinidad and Tobago, responsible for the operation and management, optimization and upgrading of Trinidad and Tobago industrial parks, economic zones and the operation and management of other hotels and conference centers, and has rich experience in industrial park management.


3. Contractor situation
