Project introduction:

A start-up company in Japan has invented a technology that can convert organic industrial wastes into carbon, and produced a rare patented metal-free plant-based carbon battery, which does not explode, has a fast charging speed and has a service life of over 20 years. These batteries ha-ve been integrated into electric bicycles, electric scooters and energy storage devices. The company plans to mass-produce high-voltage batteries for electric vehicles and electric aircraft within three years.

The company has the proprietary technology of plant-based carbon, which can recycle plant materials into special carbon. This technology can transform any plant material containing fiber, including agricultural wastes, such as olives and by-products of sugarcane. PJP Eye's carbon battery is good for three reasons: production (flexible and sustainable materials, which solve the dependence on rare metals), performance (fast charging ability, long life and safety) and innovation (double carbon battery). PJP Eye's long-life battery will reduce the carbon dioxide produced by NMC lithium-ion battery by 96% within 15 years.

It mass-produces biofuel and rare earth-free metal carbon batteries. This kind of battery has the advantages of fast charging speed, no explosion risk, over 30 years of battery life, recyclability and integration into micro mobile devices and fixed batteries, including mobile ATM.

Single carbon battery

A battery in which the positive electrode is metal oxide and the negative electrode is primitive carbon. Because of its strong combination with oxygen, it has high safety and high cycle performance (charge/discharge times) with the original anode material.

Double carbon battery

Both the positive electrode and the negative electrode use raw carbon. Carbon materials are also made of organic materials, making them environmentally friendly and sustainable batteries. High voltage batteries can be designed. With the development of Kyushu University, the company has completed the development of this new type of battery. The company is preparing for the mass production of this battery.

The company also promotes the supply business for companies seeking carbon batteries with advanced and safe functions. It can also be installed on future planned electric power-assisted bicycles or modified batteries of existing models. In addition to bicycles, the battery supply also includes golf carts and minibuses registered as green slow-moving vehicles. In addition, it can also cope with various types, such as the transformation of electric vehicles, automobiles, s-mart phones and carbon battery drones.
