Project introduction:

An Italian company, founded in 2011, develops machine vision, non-contact measurement systems and infrared gas sensors with its multi-disciplinary expertise, providing solutions integrated into production lines as well as its own products.

Under the market demand, an infrared gas sensor is designed and developed to measure the concentrations of pollutants and toxic gases, including CO2, CO, CH4 (including biogas), HC, SO2, N2O, NO, etc., to meet the requirements of gas sensors with high repeatability, accuracy, competitive price and customer-centered technical support. Based on NDIR technology, the infrared sensor can measure the gas concentration from a few ppm to 100 volumes. There is a special laboratory for the sensor, equipped with instruments such as gas diluter for calibrating and linearizing the response curve of the sensor-a hot chamber capable of producing a mixture between two gases and obtaining different concentrations, a laser driver, a temperature controller and optical units of various lengths for developing the sensor based on TDLAS.

The gas sensors provided by this enterprise are used to integrate into analyzers, mainly used in environmental applications, industry, medical and other scenes. Typical applications include Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEM), Total Organic Carbon Analyzer (TOC), etc.

If the required gas and range are not found in the above, you can contact the enterprise to explore the possibility of customized development.

Advantages of the project:

1. NDIR dual channel, stable gas concentration measurement, compensation for infrared source emission change and maximum reduction of aging effect;

2. Infrared pyroelectric photoelectric detector with high responsiveness, low noise and integrated channel for temperature measurement (0-50 C measurement compensation);

3. Solid-state source infrared, integrated with infrared MEMS trans-mitter, has a "black body" with high emissivity, low power consumption and long a-verage life, and has constant emission characteristics;

4. Gas analysis cell, designed by using non-sequential ray tracing software tools, to maximize the effective length of the light path with the s-mallest footprint as possible, so as to achieve the required performance;

5. The electronic circuit board is equipped with a powerful microprocessor for calculating concentration measurement, I/O and diagnosis. You can also choose the wireless data trans-mitter version, which has battery power management and charging with solar panels, etc.
