Project introduction:
A Spanish chemical company is committed to the research and development of a variety of air purification and cleaning technologies, including heterogeneous photocatalysis technology, radiation catalytic ionization technology, photocatalytic oxidation technology, ionization technology, active oxygen technology, filtration technology, etc., and provides products using these technologies.
PXCELL photocatalytic oxidation technology is a good system for active air and surface purification at present. It works automatically and continuously 24 hours a day, and does not need human operation. The PX unit is designed into a honeycomb shape, with different metals and special components of uvx-rays, and has a hydrophilic coating, which can capture ambient water vapor and generate air plas ma composed of hydroxyl radical (OH-), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and ionic oxide through advanced photocatalytic oxidation process. Hydroxyl radical (0H) has high oxidizing ability, which can quickly extract ammonia (H+) from proteins existing in the outer layers of bacteria, viruses and allergens, decompose them and inhibit their pathogenic activity. Removing ammonia atoms (H+) from this structure will inactivate unwanted substances. Ammonia peroxide damages lipid membranes, while oxygen ions make particles adhere to each other and gain quality, thus making them easier to filter.
After exerting its purification function, these natural oxidants will turn back into water without lea ving residues. PXCEL technology will damage the virus receptor, making it inactive so that it can't be infected: in the virus without membrane, the generated hydroxyl groups act on the constituent proteins of the dry virus, making its RNA denature, degrade and change. The generated oxidant can effectively disinfect the surface and air, and is harmless to human beings.
Through scientific tests in laboratories and universities, it has been proved that PXCELL photocatalytic oxidation technology is effective in reducing the load of bacteria and viruses.
