Project introduction:
An Estonian company developed through early electrochemical and electrolytic water technology (EW, EOW or EO, also known as electrolytic oxidation water, electro-activated water or ionic aqueous solution), focusing on water purification, sterilization and disinfection industries, and solving different industrial and household problems.
Each self-developed water disinfection system includes one or more self-developed units, electrolyte and NaCl solution containers, and metering pumps with FAC or ORP controllers. The electrolyte produced by the device is collected in a container and then added into the inlet water. The dosing scheme depends on the water flow rate and water properties, and is controlled by the flowmeter or FAC/ORP controller connected to the dosing pump.
It is realized by disinfecting NaCl aqueous solution and electrochemical activation in disinfection system unit. Electrolyte is a colorless transparent liquid with a slight chlorine s mell. It is a powerful, nontoxic and harmless disinfectant, and it is the main disinfectant in water disinfection system. It contains a variety of mixed oxidants, mainly hypochlorous acid, which makes the electrolyte ha ve high bactericidal and sporicidal activities.
The disinfection system can be applied to drinking water in municipal and urban residential areas, sea drinking water for shipping companies, industrial water for food and beverage production, swimming pools and golf courses.
