Project introduction:

This American enterprise started as a manufacturer of designing and manufacturing molybdenum silicide heating elements and related heating plates. At present, it provides high-quality furnace manufacturing for different possible industries, producing high-temperature processing technologies, such as high-temperature furnaces used in laboratories, manufacturers, etc. High-temperature furnaces are used in many industries, including dentistry, mining, solar energy and nuclear energy.

High-temperature furnace, also known as industrial furnace, is a kind of laboratory furnace with higher temperature than typical furnace. Suitable for many applications, the high-temperature furnace contains radiant heating elements in the heating chamber to produce excellent temperature control and reliable temperature uniformity. The temperature range of high-temperature furnace is between 1200°C and 1800°C, and there are three products: box furnace, vacuum furnace and tube furnace.

The horizontal and vertical tubular furnaces adopt double-shell design and energy-sa ving ceramic fibers, equipped with tilt, rotation, controllable atmosphere and vacuum functions, and operate at a temperature between 1200°C and 1700°C, with 30 PID temperature controllers and multiple independently controlled heating zones.

And the vacuum controlled atmosphere furnace has a working temperature of 1600 C. It is equipped with Eurotherm 3504 and Nanodac temperature controllers, which ha ve data recording and computer communication functions. At the same time, it is equipped with GE oxygen trans mitter, sensor, mass flow controller for controlling argon/nitrogen flow rate, vacuum and pressure gauge with automatic partial vacuum/pressure controller, and has excellent temperature accuracy and uniformity. The atmospheric conditions can be changed in a single firing cycle. For example, a furnace can be operated from binder sintering in air environment to air removal in vacuum environment, and then to sintering in argon environment.

Ma (box) furnace adopts double-shell design and energy-sa ving ceramic fiber, and has 30-stage PID temperature controller, which provides excellent temperature control and uniformity, as well as good energy efficiency, and can be heated and cooled quickly. Operating temperature is 1200℃ to 1800℃, with automatic shut-off safety function.

High-temperature furnace applications include dental laboratories, university laboratories, research laboratories, and various production applications that require high-temperature heat treatment to remove adhesives, sinter metals and ceramics, solidify and melt parts: annealing, sintering, melting, burning of adhesives, and metal connection. Commonly used high-temperature furnace industries include: aerospace, mining, battery manufacturing, metal 3D printing, dentistry, heat treatment, quality control laboratory, powder metallurgy.
