The Danish company has designed an inflatable life jacket for water sports such as surfing. A life jacket consists of an outer flexible fabric normally used in swimwear, followed by an inflatable gas gauge. The life jacket is inflated by pulling on a tab, which pierces the CO2 cylinder. The Danish company is interested in this product, a manual inflator. Additionally, there should be a pressure relief valve to release air and reuse the product. The SME strives to be environmentally friendly in its production and seeks to use textiles recovered from the ocean in its production.
Fits on the upper chest and provides flexibility for water sports such as surfing, canoeing and kitesurfing, offering the possibility to lie flat or attach a harness.
The Danish company currently has a concept visual mockup and needs help making a working prototype and setting up production. The working prototype is also applied to the CE marking of the product. They estimate a batch of about 100 pieces based on unit price, so they are interested in a manufacturing agreement.
