The company was established in 2010 in the forest-rich area of southern Bulgaria. They have always maintained a consistent vision for the technological development of the manufacturing process, which requires the introduction of more sophisticated wood and wood drying units to improve quality and productivity.
Specifically, they wanted to install a more advanced line of drying chambers/ovens. More specifically, the ideal system should provide high performance in reaching a moisture content suitable for the material that will be used to produce furniture legs and accessories.
Manufacturers of wood and plank drying equipment sought by Bulgarian producers should be able to provide complete equipment including drying chambers, boiler units, automatic wood chip feeders, fully automatic control systems and assembly services.
Manufacturers of wood and plank drying equipment sought by Bulgarian producers should be able to supply complete equipment including: 3 wood drying chambers/mainly for/beech and oak/ with a total capacity of 100m3. Chamber capacity shall be 25m3/35m3/50m3, with boiler unit, supplied by automatic wood chip feeder. Fully automatic control systems that monitor these systems at all times are required. Assembly services are also required. The installation shall include automation of the drying process using a PC-based control system.
