Located in northern Sweden, the brewery produces alcoholic beverages made from birch sap, which is sourced from birch trees in the Jämtland region.
Birch sap contains 17 amino acids, as well as minerals, enzymes, white matter, antioxidants, sugars (xylitol, fructose, glucose), vitamins (C, B). Producing a birch sap drink is a long, original and exciting process. Birch sap is harvested in the spring from early April to May, and each tree is carefully controlled and at least 30 years old.
The company is already active in the European, Asian and American markets with sparkling birch sap wines. The method stems from a time-honored recipe from 1785, using 14% wine and 38% birch schnapps, and has been produced and explored over the years.
