The company has been optimising and developing new methods for separating various waste streams and materials, recycling useful substances from abandoned cars, electronic appliances and household appliances for recycling by virtue of innovative technology. Its main business in the field of clean technology includes: factories providing complete sets of equipment (waste metal treatment, waste treatment of electrical and electronic equipment, bottom ash treatment of incineration equipment).
Product introduction
The equipment of the Company is as follows:
1. System:
(1) LCD screen decontamination: control mercury released during recycling.
(2) Vulture: Zorba and IBA are separated into clean aluminum part and heavy metal part.
(3) Scavenger: for the light part of the shredder, the shredder waste can be divided into different sub-parts, i.e. fine particle part, fuel part and heavy part.
(4) Heavy medium separator: metal is recovered from the crusher residue and good aluminum quality is obtained. The separation drum is specially designed to prevent the media in the material from decanting, thus preventing the items from being misplaced. The heavy medium drum separates the material at a speed of 10-50TPH, handling particles of 4-200 mm without loss of metal.
