The company is an enterprise in the textile and fashion industry in Peru, with more than 30 years of experience. 70% of its products are exported.

3. Project Overview:
This project is called Topitop Cutting and Sewing Process Productivity Improvement and comprises three components:
● Implement a digital clothing operation control software package (provided by Exenta) to generate online information on productivity and quality for each employee and every operation on the production line in a timely manner. This digital transformation of production control will improve plant efficiency. The estimated monthly increase in minutes is 241,445 (or 4%), which could save 370,000 yuan per year.
● Update sewing machines that have been in use for more than 10 years, ensuring increased productivity through new technologies (higher speeds, fewer machine failures, less energy consumption, lower defect rates). It is estimated that 100,000 yuan can be saved each year.
● Automation of fabric spreading in the cutting process to improve the stability of the fabric by eliminating residual stress, thus improving quality and productivity. Savings of US$ 72,000 per annum are expected.
