The project will build a boutique hotel with 80 guest rooms (50 standard rooms and 301 guest rooms) and a SPA health spa provided by Qeira (the brand focuses on social impact and innovatively uses food from Peru's coastal, mountainous and forest areas to make clean beauty cosmetics), which is managed by the Mgallery by Sofitel brand of Accor. The brand's hotel, built to Leed Platinium class building standards, will be strategically located in the Cuzco Valley: 15 minutes from the starting point of the Oran Titanbo and the train to Machu Picchu, and 20 minutes from the new Chinchillos International Airport.
