The cooperative was established in 2016, formerly ASOCIAON CENTRAL DE PRODUCTORES AGARIOS ALLIMA CACAO-CHAZA, which was established in 2009. At present, the cooperative has administrative infrastructure, quality control laboratory, fermentation area, drying and storage facilities for cocoa, with an annual processing capacity of 400 tons of commercial dried beans. In addition, the cooperative has two certifications: organic certification and fair trade certification. The company has been exporting continuously since 2017 and commercialized 458 tons and 467 tons in 2019 and 2020.

3. Project overview:
Establish a commercial operation and processing center for fresh cocoa to improve the production and innovation capacity of dry cocoa. This requires the construction of related infrastructure, including administrative offices, quality control laboratories, training venues, a central storage warehouse with a capacity of 300 tons, grain sorting and fermentation infrastructure, entertainment infrastructure, toilets and changing rooms, elevated water tanks, water reservoirs, perimeter fencing, installation of a three-phase network, purchase of drying and sorting equipment for cocoa beans, etc. The cooperative currently has more than 400 members and has four processing and collection centers for fresh cocoa in the nearby chazuta.chipuana and Barranquita regions.
