Project introduction

The beef and pork slaughtering plant is located in Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay. The factory situation is as follows:

Total area: 96,500 square meters

Personnel: There are 150 employees in administrative department and beef and pork Production department

● Daily slaughter capacity: 450 head of cattle, 750 head of pigs. After slaughter, it goes to the cutting, boning and packing workshop before being shipped. From 2015 to 2019, an average of 3,000 cattle and 4,150 pigs were slaughtered each month.

Infrastructure

● 4 cold rooms (1 water cooling camp, 3 carcass cold rooms)

● The livestock pen is divided into 3 parts (1 isolation pen, 2 receiving pen, 28 pens to be slaughtered) and can hold a total of 1100 head of livestock
