Introduce
The project provides wet waste on-site treatment solutions, combined with French dry anaerobic fermentation technology and big data remote control software, to provide customers with professional and systematic solutions and implementation from equipment to operation.
The market situation
1. Rapid growth of wet waste output:
High cost, occupy space, taste, low processing efficiency, waste of resources, produce harmful gas.
2. Serious harm caused by the current treatment mode:
Kitchen waste treatment plant, compost/landfill; Digestive organic waste biochemical processor, aerobic bacteria; Waste incineration plant mainly.
Technical highlights
1. Pretreatment module: crushing and sorting;
2. Anaerobic digestion module: anaerobic digestion, biogas purification, organic fertilizer discharge;
3. Energy module: convert biogas into hot water, steam or electricity;
4. Post-treatment module: according to the previous process, produce liquid organic fertilizer, solid organic fertilizer and sewage treatment.
The project technology can convert 1 ton of wet waste into about 40 kg of solid organic fertilizer, reduce carbon emission by 700kg/ton, and increase renewable energy by 520kwh/ton. The energy generated can feed the equipment electricity and water treatment system, the thermal energy output can be converted into 5 tons of hot water, electric energy output 200 KWH electricity/day.
